Seminar about the Law and Rules of carrying out electronic government procurements

On February 5-6, 2015 within the Plan of professional development of staff of RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" for the Aktyubinsk area for 2015, in Almaty the chief specialist (the accountant, on government purchases) AMP of branch Kartabayeva G.K. had participated in a seminar which organized and carried out department of development and realization of educational programs of «ICFED-Kazakhstan» LLP on the subject "Government Procurements, according to the Law on SP of 29.12.2014, Rules of Carrying Out Electronic Government Procurements of 14.04.2014, Rules of Implementation of Purchases of 21.05.2014". The seminar took place under the leadership of the lecturer Hudaybergenova N.A. – the certified specialist in public procurement, the business coach, the author of the magazine "The state order. Questions and answers". Participants took a course of seminar classes in the following sub-themes: "The review of all types of purchases in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "The basic concepts used in the Law and Rules", "Government procurements, which are carried out without application of the standards of the present Law regulating a choice of the supplier and the conclusion of the contract with it on government procurements", "Competitive and auction documentation", "Collecting the demand for competition and auction", "The concept "Electronic Contract", "Restrictions Connected with Participation in Purchases", "Open Tender with Application of the Auction on Decrease". On end of a seminar all listeners were handed the corresponding certificates.
