Seminar-Workshop on improving the quality of design

Pursuant to legal assignments Committee for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan 28.03.2013, the number 1 to develop a scheme of interaction systems of state architectural-building control and public projects and departmental examination protocol decision № 2 dated 15.04.2014, the republican conference RSE " Gosexpertiza "" Results of operations for the II quarter of 2014 and tasks for 2014. "branch RSE" Gosexpertiza "Aktobe region and the Department of State Architectural Control and Licensing of Aktobe region together with Akim of Aktobe region on May 30 this year held a seminar-meeting agenda: 1. "Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction in the development, negotiation, and approval of project documentation and quality design." 2. "Violations and deviations from the requirements of government regulations, approved design organizations, the submission of documentation for the state examination." 3. "In pursuance of the order of the Committee for Construction, Housing and Utilities number RK-180 НҚ from 25.07.2013" On approval of the Guidance Document construction RK 1.02-04-2013 "Assignment of construction projects and urban planning areas to levels of responsibility" with regard to amendments dated 20.09. 2013 № 242, № 2 НҚ from 1.6.2014, taking into account the new edition of the CLD RK 1.02-04-2013. ". In this paper, a seminar-workshop was attended by Deputy Akim of Aktobe region Kemalova R.K., Deputy Akim of Aktobe Alimov K.M., Head DGASKiL Aktobe region Primbetov B.A., Director of RSE "Gosexpertiza" Aktobe region Lekerov S.O., heads of regional departments of construction and Housing, deputy akim of Aktobe region, heads of regional and municipal departments of construction, housing, economy and budget planning. A seminar-meeting opened by the Deputy Akim of Aktobe region Kemalova R.K. In her speech, she stressed the need to strengthen the work of all public institutions (administrators of budget programs, customers), as strict compliance with applicable laws and regulatory acts of Kazakhstan in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction ¬ ment in the development, negotiation, and approval of project documentation and improve the quality of design, personnel matters in the selection of experts for the aforementioned government agencies. The second part of the seminar-meeting was held in a question-answer format where managers and specialists and state examination DGASKiL, within its competence, answered numerous questions from the participants.
