Information about meeting by designing quality rising.

In pursuance errand of Chair Deputy of Committee Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services from 17 April of 2013 №21-3-05-118 and Protocol resolution №1 from 28 March of 2013 «About measures of design quality rising», within a frame cooperation of the Affiliated Branch of the RSE «Gosexpertiza» by Aktobe district together with Department of state architectural-construction control and licensing by Aktobe district 30 March of c.y. have held technical meeting to: «State standard claims’ violations and deviations allowed by designing organizations while giving documentation to state expertise» and «Dour observation of functional legislation and standard law act claims of RK in the area of architecture, town building and building while elaboration, agreement, confirmation and design documentation composition and designing quality rising». Meeting participants: 1. From Affiliated Branch of the RSE «Gosexpertiza» by Aktobe district: Lekerov S.O. – director. 2. From Department of state architectural-construction control and licensing by Aktobe district: Primbetov B.A. – Chief, Trantin T.B. – administrative law works department Chief; Soprun O.A. – GASI department Chief; Toregali G.T. – Chief specialist. Besides, were also invited state institutes’ Chiefs of Aktobe district, Aktobe city (budget programs managers) and design organizations. At the meeting have spoke: Primbetov B.A. about necessity of observation of functional legislation and standard law act claims of RK in the area of architecture, town building and building; Lekerov S.O. about more allowing violations and deviations while giving documentation to state expertise; state institutes’ and design organizations’ Chiefs. By hearing meeting participants and exchanging views were solved: 1. For design organizations: - in aid of non-admission of violations hereafter to take into consideration distinctive faults and deviations while giving documentation to state expertise. - to act on the changes and additions to functional legislation and standard law act claims of RK in the area of architecture, town building and building in time. - to arrange of designing quality rising. - dour observe your own treaty obligations of designer supervision of construction motion. 2. For budget programs managers: - while making designing treaties to determine designing dates accordant with confirmed standards.
