В Карагандинской области в 2017 году хотят построить 18 скотомогильников, пишет МИА Казинформ. По словам руководителя областного управления ветеринарии Бауржана Асанова, совместно с регионами подготовлена бюджетная заявка на строительство типовых скотомогильников.
