Fundamentals of ITIL Foundation v4

In accordance with the Plan for professional training of employees of RSE "Gosexpertiza" for 2019, from September 25-27, 2019, a seminar was held in Nur-Sultan for 16 employees of the State Expert Group and its branches, on the topic "Fundamentals of ITIL Foundation v4." Lecturer - Chichev Igor Vladimirovich - expert in the field of information systems, consultant, accredited trainer of ITSM (ITIL, COBIT), certify., Coach Microsoft.

The seminar addressed the following issues:

1. Overview of key terms, key concepts, and benefits of a process approach in IT (IT Service Management) service management

2. Fundamentals of ITIL v4;

3. Basic aspects of Service Management

4. Purpose and components of Service Value Systems. Elements of the value chain of services. (Service Value System and Service Value Chain). Description of a set of interrelated steps used to provide valuable and quality products and services;

5. The principle and key concepts of Continuous Service Improvement;

6. Purpose and overview of service management processes (practices)

7.Link ITIL v.4 to other methodologies.

At the end of the seminar, the participants were issued certificates.
