Legal regulation of the civil and procedural relations as of 01.01.2015

Within the Plan for professional development of employees of RSE of "Gosexpertize" for 2015, the chief specialist (the lawyer, on shots) of administrative and managerial personnel of branch Gannochenko O.V. participated in a seminar on the subject "Legal regulation of the civil and procedural relations as of 01.01.2015", organized RSE of "Gosexpertize" and carried out by “Paragraf” Business school in Astana, on May 14, 2015. The seminar was held by the teacher of “Paragraf” Business school, the business coach, the candidate of jurisprudence, MBA, the arbitrator of KIA (Almaty) Amangeldy A.A. In a seminar were discussed the questions of change of the civil, civil and procedural legislation, executive production which were followed by practical tasks (tasks and tests). On the termination of a course, were handed Certificates on passing of advanced training course.
