Within the Plan for professional development of staff of RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" for the Aktyubinsk area for 2015, the chief specialist (the lawyer, on shots) the administrative and managerial personnel of branch of Gannochenko O.V. participated in a seminar on a subject "The labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Legal regulation of the labor relations. Personnel office-work taking into account the last changes in legislative base. Maintaining documentation in a state language", organized and carried out by the Kazakhstan Professional center of the training "Astana-Gold" on April 13-14, 2015 to Aktobe. The seminar was held by the specialist of the Kazakhstan Professional center of the training "Astana-Gold" Zhaikenova S.S. In a seminar were discussed the questions of change of the labor legislation, personnel office-work concerning maintaining service records, personal records of workers, registration and an order of the conclusion of employment contracts, rules of maintaining the military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits, the publication of internal orders in a state language and others questions actual today. On the termination of a 2-day course, were handed Certificates on passing of advanced training course and a reference material.
