On April 15-16, 2015 within the "Introduction of Mediation in Kazakhstan" project in Astana for executives of RSE of "Gosexpertize" under the leadership of the lecturer, a professional mediator with the international accreditation of the Kazakhstan Center of Mediation Vigovskaya I.N. on a subject: "Mediative competences for managers" was provided a training, in which the director of the branch RSE of "Gosexpertize" on the Aktobe area Lekerov S.O. took part. The purposes of a course are directed on acquaintance of listeners with methods of effective permission of conflict and disputable situations in the social and labor relations by application the mediativnykh of competences, training in mediativny skills and a choice of the most effective tactics and strategy of communicativeness in the course of implementation of professional activity. The lecturer of training acquainted listeners with general provisions of the Law RK "About Mediation", basic skills of communication, including with nonverbal communication and opened the concepts "conflict", "are conflictogenic" and types of the conflict. The second day passed in a form of business game where participants worked skills of verbal and nonverbal communication, technology of adoption of group decisions, oratorical skill and another. Knowledge and practical skills received in the course of training will be useful to listeners during implementation of office activity, in work with customers, and will play a considerable role in settlement of conflict situations, removal of intensity in society, and also in orientation of the parties to search of mutually advantageous and constructive decisions. Following the results of a 2-day course to listeners certificates were issued. We express gratitude to organizers of training for the given opportunity to learn about mediation as one of alternative ways of the solution of the conflicts and dispute.
