Seminar on development of local content

On March 20, 2015 in Aktobe within working visit of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Saparbayev B.M., passed a regional forum "Development of Local Content" and an exhibition of domestic producers in which the director of the RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" on the Aktyubinsk area Lekerov S.O. participated. Main objectives of a forum consisted in development of local content, involvement of domestic producers, assistance to the enterprises in creation of new productions, etc. Plenary session of a regional forum was opened with an opening speech by Akim of the Aktyubinsk area Mukhambetov A.B., on which Akim deputy Iskaliyev G.N., the CEO of JSC “SNPS-Aktobemunaygaz” Wang Junren, the president of JSC “Kazchrome MNC’ Til V.V., the CEO of “Samruk-Kazyna Contract” LLP Elshibekov S.K. acted. Also vice-Ministers of Education and Science, health care and social development, heads of JSC “Astana Expo 2017” DC”, JSC “National Agency on Development of Local Content NADLoc”, “Samruk-Kazyna Contract” LLP, about 100 heads of the companies of subsoil users, the large companies of mining and metallurgical complex, the enterprises of small and medium business took part in work of a forum. At an exhibition production of 36 enterprises of the Aktyubinsk area – the oil and gas equipment, construction materials, water and gas pipes, overalls, explosives, fuels and lubricants, system of water purification, a control system of oil production and another was presented. Within a forum took place signing of long-term contracts between the companies on delivery of fasteners for mines. Protocols of intentions on delivery of a kanilirovanny grid and a sling, boring tips, steel corrugated grids, chemical reagents are also signed. Participants of this forum decided to hold such events quarterly that further stimulates increase in a share of the Kazakhstan contents in purchases of the large companies of the region.
