Lecture conversation in the mode of a round table on corruption counteraction

On December 18, 2014 within the Message of the President of Kazakhstan Nazarbayev N.A. of November 12, 2014 "The Way to the future" and acceptance on enlarged meeting of Political council by Nur-Otan party "Programs of counteraction of corruption for 2015-2025" (further – the program) and for implementation of the Plan of measures on implementation of the Program for fight against corruption for 2014 of RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" on the Aktyubinsk area (further – branch), for the staff of branch was organized and carried out the lecture conversation with participation of the chairman of public council on counteraction of corruption of ACA of Nur-Otan party, the member of public council on law enforcement at prosecutor's office of the Aktyubinsk area, the honourable citizen of Aktobe Tadzhibayeva M. S. During M.S. Tadzhibayeva’s lecture, she shared the personal experience with the staff of branch, told how it is possible to live and work, keeping thus honor and advantage what has to be the citizen respecting the country. Tadzhibayeva M.S.: "Performance of the law is a charm. Laws are humane for those who doesn't violate them". The program urges each person to cultivate in itself high moral qualities, not to give in to temptation of obtaining material benefit, to be engaged in the correct education of children from early age. Thus, counteraction of corruption is the most important strategic priority of a state policy of Kazakhstan and the President N. A. Nazarbayev. The state anti-corruption policy will allow to strengthen social, economic and political stability in the country, will raise extent of protection of the rights, freedoms, legitimate interests as citizens, and societies in general from criminal manifestations. The new Program is urged to combine efforts of the state and all society against corruption and provides broad involvement in anti-corruption activity of civil society, business communities, strengthening of control of activity of government bodies, improvement of the anti-corruption legislation, monitoring of quality of the state services, formation of culture of rejection of corruption in society and model of anti-corruption behavior on all education levels and education. The program is constructed on four basic principles: principle of systemacity, principle of transparency, openness and accountability of the state to society, principle of equal social partnership, principle of partnership of party and society. Essentially important approach of this Program there is an emphasis on elimination of the reasons and conditions of corruption, but not on fight against its consequences. In completion of conversation of Tadzhibayeva M. S. told about the measures applied by Nur-Otan party to formation of anti-corruption culture: - cultivation in a family and society of traditional national values of self-sufficiency (moderation and modesty in inquiries, moral firmness and hardness concerning excesses), a priority of spiritual wealth over the material; - introduction of system of anti-corruption education and education at all levels, development of training courses and methodical materials on this subject for teachers and students of pedagogical higher education institutions; - advance of the ideological brand "The country without corruption — a prosperous country". The staff of branch expresses gratitude to the First Deputy Chairman of ACA of Nur-Otan party Murzalin A.A. and Tadzhibayeva M.S. for carrying out informative lecture conversation.
