Seminar on a subject "Paperwork on the state and Russian languages, delivery of documents in departmental archive"

October 30-31, 2014 in the framework of staff development branch of RSE "State Expertise" in the Aktobe region in 2014, a leading expert in Almaty branch Baymurzin A.M. participated in a seminar organized and conducted by LLC "MCFER Kazakhstan" on "Office-work on the state and Russian languages, delivery of documents in departmental archive". The seminar was held under the guidance of the lecturer Aytmaganbetova Sh.A. - Teacher of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the author of many textbooks, leading category "Paperwork in state language" magazine "Paperwork in Kazakhstan." The seminar was opened a basic understanding of record keeping in the company, focuses on the normative and methodological base documenting changes in legislation, issues of preservation activities in subdivisions, development and approval of the nomenclature of cases, transmission of documents to the departmental archives and much more. Also, passed practical tasks for completing various types of documents in the state language. Upon completion of the seminar, all participants received certificates.
