Republican seminar with specialists of department of monitoring and experts in budget documentation

In pursuance of the Plan of professional development of staff of RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" for the Aktyubinsk area for 2014, on October 31, 2014 in the city of Astana the republican seminar with specialists of department of monitoring and experts in budget documentation of territorial divisions of RSE of "Gosexpertize" took place. So, from RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" on the Aktyubinsk area took part: the head of the PD budget and economic group, the chief specialist PD (on monitoring of the prices in construction) and the expert of the PD budget and economic group. The seminar was held under the leadership of the First Deputy CEO of RSE "Gosexpertize" Karagoyshin T.D. Main objective of holding a seminar – a problem of a transition period, connected with reform of system of pricing in construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the matter the director of the center of pricing of "KAZNIISA" Zhanuzakov B. B. acted with explanations. During its performance reform of system of pricing was discussed and remarks and proposals of experts-estimators of territorial divisions are taken into consideration. Besides, participants of a seminar were addressed by the head of department of monitoring Tlegenov S.N., and the expert of department of methodology Richter E.A. Also, problematic issues of work of department of monitoring of the prices and often found violations and defects when forming expert opinions of territorial divisions of RSE of "Gosexpertize" regarding consideration of budget documentation and the analysis of the main technical and economic indicators of projects on construction were discussed with participants of a seminar.
