Seminar meeting on the Western region

For an explanation of basic bases of the carried-out works as Committee on affairs of construction, housing and communal services and management of the MNE RK land resources (further – Committee) on implementation of reforming in construction branch, on October 24, 2014 in the city of Aktobe took place bush a seminar meeting under the leadership of the adviser to the chairman of Committee Tikhonyuk N. P. and the first deputy of Akim of the Aktyubinsk area Kemalova R. K. with involvement of representatives of RSE of "Gosexpertize", akimats, contract and design organizations of the Western region (Aktobe, Atyrau, Uralsk, Aktau). The seminar meeting included: questions of technical regulation in construction branch, reforming of pricing in construction, availability of buildings and constructions to handicapped groups of the population, reforming of the state acceptance and questions of inclusion of construction materials in budget regulatory base of the Republic of Kazakhstan on which acted: the CEO of JSC KAZNIISA - Alpysbayev M. N., the director of the Center of pricing in construction of JSC KAZNIISA - Zhanuzakov B. B., the head of department of monitoring and the analysis of the prices of construction resources of the Center of pricing in construction of JSC KAZNIISA - Tleuberlina A.O., the deputy CEO of RSE of "Gosexpertize" - Edresov E.Zh., the deputy CEO of RSE of "Gosexpertize" - Klevchik L.P., the chief expert of Committee on affairs of construction, housing and communal services and management of the MNE RK land resources – Tulesov I.A. and also heads of regional managements of construction and housing and communal services, deputies of akim of regions of the Aktyubinsk area, heads of regional and city departments of construction, GASK, representatives of RSE branches of "Gosexpertize", design and contract organizations. Also, participants a seminar meeting in the mode of a round table questions of application of standard and individual projects, return of the design and estimate documentation without consideration, reference of objects to a certain level of responsibility, and also about carrying out updating of preproject, project (design and budget) documentation on construction, reconstruction of objects and complexes on which answers were received from representatives of Committee and RSE of "Gosexpertize" were discussed.
