Maintenance and improvement of quality management system of the organization according to recommendations of MS of ISO 9004:2009

Within the Plan of professional development of staff of RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" for the Aktyubinsk area for 2014, the head of summary department (responsible for ISM) Umirzakov E.A. took part in the educational plan seminar for a subject: "Maintenance and improvement of quality management system of the organization according to recommendations of MS of ISO 9004:2009", taken place on October 20-22, 2014 in the city of Almaty, organized and carried out by the consultant of Kazakhstan Organization of Quality LLP Shokayeva S. B. Main objectives of carrying out this curriculum of a seminar, professional development of experts, maintenance and improvement of quality management system of the organization were. I SO 9004 was developed by Subcommittee of the Quality system personal computer 2 of the ISO/TK 176 Technical committee "Quality management and ensuring quality". The present third edition cancels and replaces the second edition (ISO 9004:2000) which was is technically revised. The present international standard provides broader view on quality management, than ISO 9001 as considers requirements and expectations of all relevant interested parties, providing guidelines for systematic and continuous improvement of the main indicators of the organization. The present international standard provides the guidelines on the basis of approach of quality management promoting achievement of steady success for the organizations. We will apply the standard to any organization, irrespective of the size, type and a kind of activity. On end in the educational plan seminar after active participation in a practical training and successful examination, listeners were handed certificates.
