Lecture talk on anti-corruption

July 11, 2014 in the branch of RSE "Gosexpertize" Aktobe region, within the framework of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Programme for the Fight against Corruption for 2014., agreed with the branch of the party "Nur Otan", for the employees of the branch was organized and held a lecture-talk mode round table with the participation of the employee of the prosecutor's office in the Aktobe region Aktobe senior assistant attorney Kozhikov Zhiger Selbaevich. During the lecture a senior assistant prosecutor Aktobe Kozhikov J.S. was disclosed the concept of corruption, its sources, subjects and types, as well as discussed issues concerning public procurement in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kozhikov J.S. explained that, in accordance with the Law "On Combating Corruption", Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2009 №793 "On additional measures to strengthen the fight against crime and corruption, and further improvement of law enforcement in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as the decision of government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 № 308 "On approval of sectoral programs on anti-corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2015" everyone should take measures preventing corruption. Thus, the fight against corruption is a major strategic priority of the state policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, State anti-corruption policy will strengthen the social, economic and political stability in the country, increase the level of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of both citizens and society from criminal manifestations. Branch employees were asked their questions, which were obtained satisfactory answers, so in particular on the issue of guarantees of the inviolability of individuals assisting in the fight against corruption, the lecturer explained that the person reporting the corruption offenses, or otherwise assisting in the fight corruption, is under the protection of the state and also provides a mechanism for encouraging citizens. There were also examples of the comparison of the fight against corruption in other countries. At the end of the conversation lecturer summarized and commented on the need to continue a consistent system of the entire state and society on the formation of effective measures to prevent the further development of corruption. Thus, we can say that today a branch of RSE "Gosexpertize" Aktobe region is taking all necessary measures to combat corruption.
