Revision of Seminar training on the subject "Questions of terms application, their stabilization and translation in system of languages" from 2013-12-09

On November 22-23, 2013 at the initiative of Akimat of the Aktobe city and SU "Department of culture and development of languages of the Aktobe city" was organized the seminar training on the subject "Questions of terms application, their stabilization and translation in system of languages", in which the leading expert (translator) of the Aktyubinsk branch of RSE "Gosexpertize" Imanbayeva A.M. participated. During the seminar the question of preservation of stylistic features of the text being translated, standard language unification of the official papers, the translation of terms in standard documentation and difficulty in formation of branch terminology, the rule adoption of terms and terminforming methods was widely discussed. Further implementation of received information, education and formation of terms, installation of the correct way in terminology systematization, definition of the direction of development of scientific and technical terminology – an actual problem of today. Therefore, heads of establishments and the enterprises, experts, representatives of scientific centers and creative communities, teachers and specialists in language were invited to a seminar. Experts discussed need of improvement of quality of the term contents. The seminar was held with participation of the vice-chairman of Committee of language of the Ministry of Culture and information, the Doctor of Philology, professor, the corresponding member of NSA Sh. Kurmanbayuly, the teacher of the Kazakh language chair of ENU after L. Gumilev, the Doctor of Philology, professor E.Abdirasilov and the director of RSPE "Republican coordination and methodical center of development of languages after Sh. Shayakhmetov", Candidate of Philology B. Kapalbek, and scientific professors of our region. At this seminar reports on subjects were heard: "Questions of a modern terminforming and application of terms", "Practice of application of terms and work on their coordination", "Strategy Kazakhstan-2050 and social analysis of the linguistic questions ", "Requirements to the translation and translator". At the end of a seminar educational and methodical collections, audio-disks and certificates on participation in a seminar training were handed over.
