Preparation of internal auditors of system of power management (SPM) according to requirements of MS ISO 50001:2011

From September 11 to September 13, 2013, within the Plan of professional development of staff of branch RSE "Gosexpertize" on the Aktyubinsk area for 2013, in Astana responsible on branch RSE "Gosexpertize" ISM on the Aktyubinsk area Umirzakov E.A. took part in the educational plan seminar which was put through by the expert-auditor in systems of management of “Kazakhstan Organization of Quality” LLP of Eskendirova B. O. on a subject: "Preparation of internal auditors of system of power management (SPM) according to ISO 50001:2011 international standard requirements". Main objectives of carrying out this curriculum of a seminar were professional development of experts and preparation of internal auditors of the integrated system of management. In the educational plan seminar the following subjects according to ISO 50001:2011 international standard requirements were considered: 1. About mission of the present standard in giving the chance to the organizations to create systems and the processes necessary for improvement of power indicators, including power efficiency, use and energy consumption. 2. Introduction of the present standard will lead to decrease in emissions of greenhouse gases and other impacts on environment, and also will reduce costs of energy by means of system power management. 3. Requirements to system of power management (SPM) on the basis of which the organization will be able to develop and introduce power policy, to set the purposes, tasks and the plans of measures, considering legislative requirements and information, concerning the most considerable consumption of energy. Also, the ISO 19011:2011 international standard which provides guidelines on audit of systems of management, including the principles of audit, management of the program of audit and carrying out audit of systems of management, and also guidelines on an assessment of competence of the persons participating in processes of audit, including responsible persons for the program of audit, auditors and auditor groups was considered. On the seminar and examination end, all listeners the corresponding certificates were handed over.
