Improvement of professional skill of experts

May 3-4, 2012 in Almaty, a two-day seminar for engineers design organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the specialists of the territorial subdivisions of RSE "Gosexpertiza" on the theme: "Reforming the pricing of construction products in the Republic of Kazakhstan", which was attended by the chief specialist of the estimated production sector Department Shulgin LA The main topic of the seminar were the issues of pricing of construction products the Republic of Kazakhstan and the relevance of their use in the preparation of estimates, the necessity and feasibility in determining the price of materials - the application of industry compilations of prices by region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and peers on an existing project. Monitoring errors made by design organizations for the 2011 Republican State Enterprise "State examination" revealed the basis of the occurrence of these defects and flaws - is poorly prepared job estimates. In connection with this the recommended design organizations to focus their attention on helping the customer in a more complete and thorough preparation of job design, taking into account the characteristics of the planned facility. Also at the workshop addressed questions about the program of energy efficiency and the need to design organizations make more effective participation in the process, pointing to the customer on the validity of the use of energy efficient technologies, with a slight rise in price which gives a lower cost of operation of the facility in the future.
