Improvement of professional skill of employees

In accordance with the Plan of staff development RSE "Gosexpertiza" in 2012 from 30 to 31 May 2012 in Astana organized a national seminar with experts on document management and archiving of territorial divisions of RSE "Gosexpertiza", which brought together leading experts ASE " Taldykorgangosekspertiza "Beisembayeva G. and N. Kadyrseytova. The opening remarks at the seminar delivered by Director General of RSE "Gosexpertiza" B. Erezhepov. The importance of the role of a documentation service and archives in the activities of public enterprises informed the chief of the General Department of RSE Gosexpertiza "Seksenbieva BB With information for archival record-keeping leading specialists RSE "Gosexpertiza" Pshembaeva Z.T The seminar discussed the following issues: 1) Maintain records management in the national language and an official letter; 2) Management of archives at the company. For the workshop were invited to head the Department of State Language Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph.D., professor of N.T Tulenbergenova and an expert of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baltash J. A Workshop participants have mastered the basic principles of clerical work in the official language and their use in the organization, examined the specific peculiarities of archives at the company, and also acquired the necessary skills for the development of official letters. Also at the seminar discussed problems arising in the process of expert documents and archives. After the seminar, the participants visited the Museum of the founder of modern Kazakh literature S.Seifullin.
