Festival "Winged Tulpar"!

From 19 to 21 August 2012 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, passed festival "Winged Tulpar"dedicated to the Day languages of the people of Kazakhstan. The festival consisted of three rounds: 1. Video presentation of the company. 2. Execution of of Kazakh folk songs. 3. Customs and traditions of the people living in Kazakhstan. By results of three competitions Branch RSE "Gosekspertiza" in Almaty region Taldykorgan has occupied an honorable one place, get gold Tulpar!
