As requested by the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Construction and Housing and Utilities in relation to forming the proportion of local content in projects and in further improving the design and estimate documentation branch RGP "Gosekspertiza" in Almaty region and SI "DGASKiL in Almaty region" 28 September 2012 held a joint workshop "Engineering networks, systems, devices and equipment," which addressed the issues of designing the relevant sections of the working project and the was presentation of domestic companies: 1. LP"Almaty Fan Factory" (equipment of fire, smoke and general ventilation) 2. The company «BURAN boiler LLP» (hi-tech energy-saving heating equipment, block-module boiler) 3. LLP Group «SKYMAX TECHNOLOGIES» (medical and laboratory equipment, telecommunications equipment, locking systems and lighting (consumer and professional). The seminar was attended by representatives of the district (municipal) building, representatives of the State Institution "Management of Energy and Housing and Utilities Almaty region," GU "Management of passenger transport and highways Almaty region," GU "Health Department of Almaty region," GU "Office of Education Almaty region "and design organizations in the region. The purpose of the round table - revealing contentious issues, identify common approaches and collective decision-making to improve the quality of design and construction documents for the construction of facilities and the quality of construction in Almaty region. The main task for the near future - as close to the consumer review process of design products. Modern building - it is a business, the effectiveness of which is the combination of quality and efficiency of the design and construction works. We need to improve their own internal mechanisms to help the process as easy as possible to the customer agreement and approval of the project, while suppressing all violations of applicable standards. Workshop participants also expressed the need for regular joint activities between customers and designers on the one hand, and the territorial body of experts on the other.
