A remarkable person, former employee and retiree of the Southern Affiliate of the RSE “State Expertise” Vladimir Vasilyevich Belov passed away at the age of 72

A wonderful man, former employee and retiree of the Southern Affiliate of the RSE “State Expertise” Vladimir Vasilyevich Belov passed away in the 72 year of life. Vladimir Vasilyevich was born on July 2, 1940 in the city of Ivanovo, into the family of the Red Army officer. Vladimir Vasilyevich worked his way up remarkably. He began his labor activity in September 1957 at the enterprise “The 8th of March Factory” in the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic as a slasher-man. In 1959, he entered the Ivanov Textile Institute named after M. V. Frunze and learned the trade of a process engineer on mechanical technology. In 1963, he worked at the Verkhne –Volzhski factory as a headman and in 1964 he was promoted as a senior headman. In 1966, he worked at the Central Asian MU as a headman, foreman, head of the industrial-technical section and also was elected as the chairman of the tourist club. From 1971 he was the Chief Structural Engineer, deputy head of section at the Central Industrial Assemby Office in Almaty. In 1988, he was appointed as Senior Specialist of the trade, consumer services and local manufacturing section at the Scientific-Industrial Association “Kazbyttechnique”. In December 1988, he was shifted from the scientific and industrial association “Kazbyttechnique” to the Central State Non-Departmental Expertise under the “GOSSTROI” of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. In 2008, he retired.
During his work at the “State Expertise” V.V. Belov proved to be a competent, qualified and accurate expert, capable to solve all complicated issues arising in the process of expertise of design documents.
He enjoyed immense authority with the staff the “State Expertise” and customers and considerably contributed to the activity of the “State Expertise” regarding design documents quality enhancement. V. V. Belov took an active part in public life of the “State Expertise”.
We feel sad with demise of our former colleague, V.V. Belov, and express our sincere condolences to his relations.
