The results of examination of documents for the construction of BPH "Sevgosekspertiza" for 12 months in 2011.

The work of state-owned enterprise affiliated with the Constitution and laws of the RK RK government decisions, orders and decrees of the Committee (the Agency) for Construction, orders and directives of RSE "Goseks-pertiza."
The range of services for 12 months in 2011 for BPH, "Sevgosekspertiza" was 99,076 tenge (b / s VAT).
Results for the 12 months examined in 2011 BPH "Sevgosekspertiza" 760 objects (2010 - 686 objects) for a total asserted value of - 61.675 billion (in 2010 - 60.038 bn) / current price /.
Following consideration, including:
recommended - 709 object (in 2010 - 649 units) with a total value of - 54.753 billion (in 2010 - 48.074 billion);
returned for revision - 47 objects (2010 - 37 objects) in the amount of - 5.181 billion (in 2010 - 8.511 billion) -,
declined - 4 object (in 2010 - 0 objects) in the amount of - 0.022 billion.
Of the total volume of the considered design estimates were as follows:
private capital investments - 4.47% (in 2010 - 12.68%);
public investment - 95.53% (in 2010 - 87.32%).

Examining the effectiveness of projects:
Payout on completion and was rejected - 6.71% (in 2010 - 5.39%).
The recommended projects for approval:
reduction in the estimated cost of construction (in the current price level) was - 2.303 billion (in 2010 - 4.289 billion);
with a simultaneous increase in - 0.584 billion (in 2010 - 0.836 billion).
