Changes have been made to the rules for execution expert opinions

The Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 2022 No. 179 amended the Rules for execution expert opinions on Urban planning and Construction projects (feasibility studies and design estimates)

Taking into account the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the issuance of conclusions of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" in accordance with the new requirements is planned for projects, contracts for the examination of which will be concluded from April 18, 2022.
